CNC controllerThe machine is equipped with standard Taiwan SYNTEC system , which offers high efficiency, high precision, and excellent cost-effectiveness.

High-Precision Spindle: The machine features a high-precision oil-cooled electric spindle. The spindle bearings are made of imported high-precision angular contact bearings, ensuring high rigidity and long-term precision retention. The spindle runout is controlled within ≤2μm .

High-Performance Cast Iron: The machine has stable structural design, with whole bed and pallet made from high-quality Meehanite cast iron (also known as dense-baked cast iron),which ensures strong rigidity and excellent stability.

High-Precision Feed System: All feed axes are driven by full servo motors, utilizing imported high-precision guide screws and bearings, as well as high-precision screw guideway to ensure machining precision and long-term precision retention, with repeat positioning accuracy of the feed axes controlled within ≤3μm.

Guide bush Structure: The machine allows for quick switching between guide bush mode and guide bush less mode to meet diverse machining requirements.

Tooling System: The machine features a horizontal linear tool layout structure, which ensures smooth chip evacuation and a compact design. It is equipped with radial power tools and spindle indexing functions. The versatile tooling system can handle complex machining operations such as turning, milling, and drilling. A wide variety of power tools can be selected based on customer workpiece requirements.

Automation: The machine can be equipped with an automatic bar feeder to achieve continuous automated machining.

Applications: The machine is widely used in industries such as telecommunications, electronics, automotive, pneumatics and hydraulics, medical, instrumentation, and aerospace for the machining of complex, small, precision, and slender shaft parts.
